412 First was originally built in about 1928, drawing on the spirit of the Second Renaissance Revival. The building served as a millinery shop, with a section reserved for a grain sales office. The building is currently leased to Poppy Salon.
The building is located on Woodland’s Fabulous First Street, in the Downtown Woodland Historic District.
